In spite of having many interests over the years, photography has taken pride of place, and together with home computing and the internet it now forms the mainstay of my leisure pursuits.

Coming from an air force family, I was much travelled as a child, and I joined the RAF in 1968, expecting to see the world. I had in total four postings, and three of those were in the UK!

I now work as a project planner in the IT industry, and have chosen to live in Faringdon, in a 'bijou' (or is it small?) cottage, where my garden room was once a row of lavatories and coal sheds for the whole terrace.

The photo project was fun, and I shall remember the experiences, even the rather bizarre ones, with affection.
