The information you provide on our contact form will be sent as an email and passed directly to the person best qualified to respond to it. The information is required in order to help provide a suitable response. The original email containing your information may remain on that person’s pc for the duration of any continuing conversation and will be deleted in due course.
If you respond by stating that you would like to hear about our future activities and events then your name and email address will be stored permanently on our mailing lists until you make a request for its removal.
No information that you provide will be passed on to any third parties.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
